We are VAT registered in Ireland. All invoices are a 23% VAT rate included.

Please allow up to 3 – 7  working days for delivery in Ireland/Northern Ireland (FREE DELIVERY). If your order is delayed, we will contact you. All our orders are shipped from Ireland.

Delivery of Car Entertainment Systems (Unbranded Car Radios for specific car models, DVD) could take 7 – 15 working days.

The TAX is included in our prices. A one-year warranty comes with all of our products.  All of our orders are shipped with Couriers from our office based in Toomevara, Co.Tipperary, Ireland. When Orders are processed our customers typically receive their orders within 3 – 7 working days. PAYMENTS: You can use different types of credit and debit cards or you can use a Paypal account or Direct bank transfer to an account.

For the Delivery of Car Unbranded Stereos for a specific car models,  it could take 7 – 15 working days (it depends on the availability of the product). If there is ever any delay to your order, we will notify you immediately. All orders must be signed for, so please select a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all of the tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

PLEASE NOTE: The unbranded Car Stereos for the specific vehicles are Special orders. Special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable unless it is a faulty item. A one-year warranty comes with all of our products. Special orders are items that are not in stock regularly or are manufactured for specific vehicles only. Delivery of the unbranded stereos is 7 – 15 Working Days. Free Delivery in Ireland. All our orders are shipped from Ireland. The Tax is included in our prices.

How to place your order?

When you have to proceed to Checkout, Please fill in your details then click on PROCEED TO PAYPAL first (All transactions by Credit Card OR PayPal are processed through their own gateway). doesn’t register any data related to such payments. You will be redirected to the PayPal site. Then you can choose a way to pay:

  • option 1– Pay with my PayPal account: Log in to your account to complete the purchase.


  • option 2– Pay with a Debit or Credit Card: Pay now Click on Create Account (You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with card) Enter details of your credit or debit card details to complete the purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email about the purchase completed. The payment methods are completely safe!


2. If you choose to pay by BACS, then please click on Place order, you will be redirected to the page Order Received with our Bank Details to make a payment for your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE for the BACS PAYMENT: Your order WILL NOT be processed until the funds have cleared in our account (2 – 3 working days). When we will received your payment, your order was processed you will receive your invoice by email. Then you can expect your order to be delivered usually between 3 – 7 working days since you received your invoice.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

You don’t need to have an account to place an order. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases. It’s not mandatory though if you just want to place an order.


* Please check the contents of your package on arrival.

Please do not take the parcel if the package has been opened or damaged, if there is visual damage. Immediately contact the driver and we will contact our courier company about the damaged parcel. We strongly encourage you to contact the driver / us as soon as you become aware of any problems during delivery. Also, please keep all packaging materials from your order.

In the unlikely event that there is any problem with your order, we will notify you immediately.


Return policy: The law only entitles you to return an item if it is broken or not as described. You are not legally entitled to return something if you don’t like it. If the product is faulty, we can offer repair, replacement or full refund. Product has to be packed in original package, not used and not opened with original proof of receiving/order number.

You have 14 working days to return goods – unused, in original package with proof of purchase with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt/order number.

Returning an Unwanted Item – if you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so, once you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order by email or phone. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please note that it is your responsibility to return this item in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Cooling Off Period:

There is cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods through one of the following mediums: online contact form, by email, by a phone conversation.

We will refund the original purchase price if the goods are returned to us in their original condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.

Returning Incorrect Items

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.

If you receive an item which differs in the description please ensure that you check inside the box to confirm that the correct items are not inside the box. When you have received the incorrect items, we will arrange collection of the incorrect items on a date suitable for you within 7 days.

Damaged in Transit

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel after you have signed for delivery or where the parcel is delivered by An Post which cannot be refused, then you must notify us within 24 hours and we will then advise on how best to proceed.

We are unable to accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. This item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/ refund).

If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. In Dispute, items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You are responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging.

If the fault presents if deemed to be a non-manufacturing fault (due to accidental damage or misuse) then we are unable to offer you with a replacement or a refund.

How Do I make Sure The CarRadio Will Fit into My Car?

Please If you Are not sure or You just can not find a Carradio for your car in product list.

You have 1-year manufacturer guarantee for all our products.

What Are Refund and Exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange or refund any item in fully resaleable condition (not used, not open, fully packed) with proof of receipt returned to us within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights: faulty or where goods do not match their description. You have a 1-year warranty on our products.

What Happens if an item is Faulty when I receive it?

If your items are damaged or faulty when you receive them you must contact us immediately to let us know. The remedial action we take will depend on the circumstances of the individual case.

Do I have to Pay to Return my order?

Yes, returning an item will carry postage costs.

Who Can Install the Car radio entertainment system to my car?

Device is easy to install, but it requires professional experiences and tools. We suggest you find your local service shop and install the product by a professional technician to avoid any possible damage to your car, dashboard or unit/product itself. We are not responsible for any possible damage cause by installation. Please get the device installed by a professional.

Can I make the Estimated Dispatch date be sooner?

Unfortunately not. The estimated dispatch date is based on stock warehouse distance and cannot be brought forward. We’ll always do our very best to try and get your order dispatched as soon as possible.
