This all-in-one integrated coolant pressure tester fill kit includes features for leak detection, temperature measurement, and coolant filling. The radiator pressure tester applies pressure to the reservoir or cap and monitors the needle’s drop over time to identify any leaks in the system. The coolant vacuum fill tool uses a vacuum pump to remove air, creating a vacuum that draws coolant into the cooling system. This process allows for adding coolant without large air pockets, which helps prevent engine distortion or damage.

The cooling system pressure tester and coolant bleed kit come with 17 specific adapters and one universal tapered rubber adapter, making it compatible with almost all types of radiator openings in both classic and modern vehicles. It includes three radiator cap test adapters and two connectors to help diagnose radiator cap leaks on most vehicles. All adapters are colour-coded and thoughtfully arranged for easy selection, as the instruction manual indicates.

 

3. The tester features a plastic-covered, high-quality brass manifold body with brass fittings for corrosion protection and durability. The index range of the instrument is -30 to 0 inHg (-76 to 0 cmHg), with the optimal range for adding coolant typically between -25 to -20 inHg. The kit includes an 18-inch rubber resin braided reinforced hose known for corrosion resistance, low fluid resistance, and high pressure-bearing capabilities, ensuring durability and good air sealing. Additional components include a 21-inch metal barb, a 23-inch clear bleed tube, and a 60-inch filler tube.

The radiator coolant pressure test tool is equipped with an aluminum pump barrel instead of plastic, and a 21-inch rubber nylon resin hose with brass fittings for added durability. It features a 3-inch large dial pressure gauge with an index range of 0-35 psi (0-2.5 bar) for easy reading. A stainless steel thermometer with an index range of 0 to 200°C (32 to 400°F) is included. The kit comes with both American and European-style air plugs for your convenience. A custom blow-moulded case keeps all components organized and protects the gauge during storage.
