The ANCEL fuel injector cleaning instrument with plate number 1 is an upgraded version of the previous model with plate number 2. It is now compatible with more fuel injector types and boasts a combination of ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control cleaning and detection technology. This product can simulate various engine operating conditions and clean and inspect various car and motorcycle fuel injectors. Its unique design optimizes functionality while saving weight and volume. With a larger cleaning tank and a heating effect on the cleaning solution, it can achieve a better cleaning effect.
Main functions
Ultrasonic cleaning:
To clean injectors to obliterate the carbon deposition on them.
Resistance test
To test the resistance of the fuel injector
Uniformity / Sprayability test:
Test the uniformity of each injector’s injecting amount and monitor its spraying status with a backlight.
Leakage test:
To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under system pressure.
Injecting flow test:
To check the injecting amount of the injector in 15 seconds of constant injection.
Working modes test:
To test injectors under different working conditions.
On-Vehicle Cleaning:
The device has various disassembly-free cleaning connectors, making it suitable for performing on-vehicle cleaning and maintenance for various vehicle models.
Low resistance injectors test function
The dedicated motherboard supports the full and long tests of low-resistant fuel injectors, such as 1 ohm.
Multi items Setting:
Set different parameters of the device, including the buzzer sound level, display brightness, and backlight brightness.
