ALL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC FOR MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER SMART ONLY.

●Engine System: It supports full modes OBDII functions. Quickly identify car problems and turn off engine lights. It helps you pass emissions tests and keep your car in the best condition. Save gas and improve performance.

●Transmission System: It can help before transmission problems become a big hassle. That’s because most trouble codes come from your vehicle’s transmission. With a transmission diagnostic tool, you can get a fault code if there is one.

●Airbag System: The SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) is a device that deploys the airbag to protect the passenger before the second collision occurs. The BZ700 OBD2 scanner can read/clear the code and turn off the airbag warning light.

●ABS System: ABS automatically controls the braking force of the brake when the car brakes so that the wheels do not lock and enter the state of edge rolling slip (slip rate is about 20%) to ensure the maximum grip between wheels and ground.

●Battery Matching System: The BZ700 allows the scan tool to evaluate the battery charge level, monitor the short circuit current, register the battery change, activate the vehicle hibernation mode and charge the battery via the diagnostic socket.

●TPMS System: It makes sense to display sensor IDs from the vehicle’s ECU, input TPMS sensor replacement IDs, and test sensors.

●Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) System: Calibrates the steering wheel straight ahead or recalibrates SAS while replacing the steering part.

●A/C (Air Conditioner) System: This function supports routine maintenance of air conditioning modules, such as air conditioning system adaption reset, rese air conditioning compressor, run-in air conditioning compressor, and stepper motor initialization.

PROFESSIONAL-LEVEL DIAGNOSTICS FOR MERCEDES BENZ DIESEL VEHICLES
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regen:
The regeneration control system requests the DPF regeneration process while DPF blocks and turns off the DPF indicator.
ADblue Reset:
Some diesel vehicles may need to add urea, and the urea warning light needs to be reset after the addition is complete.
Injector Coding:
Code new injector numbers to replace the previous one when fitting the new injectors or after the replacement is completed.
Fuel Pump Activation:
Diesel vehicles perform this function when the new fuel pump needs to be emptied, or the fuel tank needs to be emptied after the fuel pump is replaced.

MANUFACTURER-LEVEL DIAGNOSTICS FOR MERCEDES-BENZ VEHICLE
1. Transmission adaptation: This function supports routine maintenance of transmission modules, such as resetting adaptation values and adjusting the oil level.
2. Battery Registration: Battery registration updates your vehicle with information that a new battery has been installed.
3. Battery Voltage Test: The battery test allows you to get the battery’s voltage with the OBD port by the scan tool when the engine starts.
4. Throttle Relearn: Relearns the throttle valve control value while clear or replaces the throttle value.
5. ABS Bleeding: Release the air to restore ABS brake sensitivity, or relearn while ABS is replaced.
6. TPMS Reset: This allows you to check the tyre sensor IDs from the vehicle ECU and perform a TPMS reset after the tyres are replaced or rotated.
7. EPB Reset: System maintenance deactivates and reactivates the EPB system for replacement and initialization.
8. SAS Reset : Allows you to adjust the steering angle sensor, which permanently stores the current steering wheel position as straight-ahead in the sensor. After calibrating the sensor successfully, its fault memory will be automatically cleared.
9. Oil light Service Reset: Support service lamp reset, reset service mileage and service intervals.

What Could Cause the Check Engine Light to Turn On?
The check engine light can come on for many reasons, such as an oxygen sensor failure, a loose fuel cap, a catalytic converter failure, ignition coil issues, bad spark plug wires, or a vacuum leak.
How to Turn Off the Engine Fault Light?
1. Read/Erase Codes: Read the fault code within 3 seconds, clear the pending fault code, and turn off the engine light.
2. Live Data Stream: Reads abundant live data stream and freeze frame data to monitor the operating status of the vehicle, including the status of the fuel system, engine coolant temperature, RPM and various sensor parameters.
3. Smog Check: The readiness monitors, also known as emission monitors, test the vehicle’s emission control systems. Determine if your car is ready for a smog test.
4. Evap System Test: The EVAP test function initiates a leak test for the vehicle’s EVAP system. Before using the system test function, refer to the vehicle’s service repair manual to determine the procedures necessary to stop the test.
5. Vehicle Information: This option displays the test vehicle’s identification number (VIN), calibration verification number (CVN), and other information.
