This 6.5 metre extension lead is required when changing the BMWs factory fitted 16:9 TFT screen or a Sat Nav GPS car stereo. The connections for the factory radio are found in the boot of the car and this extension lead is connected there and then run to the front of the car to allow you to fit any new aftermarket radio
